All applicants are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee. The fee amount will be specified during the registration process.

Payments can be made via, bank transfer, or other approved payment gateways.

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

• If the event or program is canceled by the organizers.
• Other exceptional circumstances approved by the management.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team within 14 days of payment. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days.
